at the rate of £.....................per hiring.   Please note that the Church's Financial Year ends on the 31st December and the hiring rates are considered each Autumn.   The Church reserves the right, upon giving notice, to vary any hiring rate quoted before the 31st December in any one year, for a hiring or hirings to take place in the subsequent year.   The Hirer shall have the right to cancel such hiring if any such revised rate is unacceptable.

I hereby agree to be bound by the terms of the Conditions of Hire and am satisfied that the premises are suitable for the purposes for which they are required.
I accept that All Saints' Church cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or injuries sustained at the above premises, if associated or connected in any way with the event or control of the even to which this hire relates.
Furthermore I agree to indemnify All Saints' Church in respect of any damage occasioned to property arising out of negligence of the Hirer and or their invitees.
