We are now in a position to hire out our D'Arcy Room and small committee room at a very reasonable cost but subject, of course, to conditions of hire to which there must be strict adherence. CONDITIONS OF HIRE
PLEASE NOTE THAT, IN ORDER TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE HIRED ROOM, THE HIRER SHOULD CONTACT COLIN BROWN BY TELEPHONE ON
1 HIRER The person signing the booking form shall be responsible for the hire charge and the cost of replacing any breakages and damage. Please report any such damage as soon as possible to avoid any misunderstandings.
The rooms are cleaned regularly but we ask that they are left in a tidy condition. Red fabric Chairs should not be stacked more than 3 high. There are chairs and tables available. Extra chairs and tables are available on request. Tea towels are not provided. Any electrical equipment to be PAT tested.
Where the hire charge includes use of the kitchen and equipment, if hot or cold food is to be prepared and served (other than Tea/coffee and biscuits) the persons doing so should have a basic Food Hygiene Certificate. 3 FIRE PRECAUTIONS During use, fire doors and exits must be unbolted and be free of obstructions. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The Vicar and Church Wardens reserve the right to refuse bookings which conflict with the Church’s principles. It is unlikely, for example, that they would agree to public music and dancing, or to physical contests.
Hirings must be completed by 11pm unless a later time is specifically agreed when the booking is accepted and the Hirer must ensure that all heaters and lights are turned off and the premises properly locked up when the hiring ends.

The Hirer shall be responsible for all payments of copyright or performing rights arising from the use of the rooms.
